Hola Guys,
 I had to change my cam show time for tomorrows afternoon show. I forgot I have an appointment at 1:30 so I had to push my show back to 4… er 6 edt.Â
 I don’t know what I did to myself but some how I pulled or strained a muscle in my neck. Hurts all the way down to my shoulder blade. I did have some good sex last night but it wasn’t rough. I think I need a massage to work it out. If it isn’t all better by tomorrow I am going to schedule one for Wednesday. I haven’t had one since we left Asia. It erks me to pay so much for them when I used to be able to get them for like $7. I sure miss that.Â
 I am going to go relax on the couch now. I got a new book that I want to finish up. You guys have a great evening.
